PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF THE VISIT. INSURANCE IS NOT BILLED.

Most people will not meet their deductible in a calendar year and would pay out of pocket for services in any case. Upon request, The Sharp End PT may provide you with a Superbill which you can submit to your insurance for what reimbursement there may be for an out of network provider.

You are in control because you always know the charges. You will never receive a surprise bill from The Sharp End PT because we believe in transparent, up front, reasonable pricing. 

  • All standard visits are 1 full hour 1-1 always with the same PT
  • Scheduling is flexible to accommodate you. ($20 fee may be charged for no shows and last minute cancellations)

Initial Evaluation

  • Targeted to chief complaint. Once you are added to the clinic system, you can return within a year for other problems and in most cases, not pay the evaluation fee again.
  • The PT reserves the right to charge for another full eval if the new condition(s) warrants it.

Climber/Athlete Maintenance Package

  • You get a 1-hour eval plus 4-one hour follow up visits 1 on 1 with the PT every time. 
  • package visits are transferable to family and household members by request. If  family/ household member is a new patient, a small additional charge may be required.

Package visits must be used within one year of purchase.

Climber/Athlete Readiness Evaluation

  • The PT will perform a comprehensive assessment of musculoskeletal health related to your sport or activity.
  • Assess joint, spine and neurological functioning. Identify underlying injuries, muscle imbalances and inflammation before they set you back.
  • You will receive a detailed, written report of findings with a personalized plan for correcting any problems found. Communication via e-mail required.

Dry Needling

  • One time Initial Evaluation required 
  • Individual follow up Dry needling sessions
  • Dry needling package 5–30 min sessions  Must be used within one year of purchase.
